1001 Coffee Cups Art Café gets
Hervanta moving in summer 2014. This Art Café serves art in
the
surroundings of Hervanta Library and Cinola movie theatre by
Tampere-based dance artists Pauliina Aladin, Maija Ikonen and
Samuli Roininen as well as guest artists and dance enthusiasts from
Hervanta area. The Café is a fresh open space, which serves
different kind of performances. Also, the space enables dancers to
develop their artistic work and encourages artists and visitors to
meet in a relaxed atmosphere. One of the main aims of the Café is to
bring art to the borough of Hervanta and to make it easy for the
residents of Hervanta to participate in the making of artistic work. 1001 Coffee Cups Art Café takes place 9th June - 28the June and 25th August - 6th September. Visitors can order a performance or take part in the making of a performance Tue - Sat from 13.00 till 16.00.
